Human Resource Management PgDip: Entry requirements
What you need to apply for this course
Applicants should have:
- an honours degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised international higher education provider (eg a BA or BSc(Hons) degree in a business or human resource related subject) and a clear interest in studying human resource management at a postgraduate level, with a view to CIPD membership and a career in human resource management; OR
- some experience as an human resource professional who has already completed CIPD qualifications to intermediate level; OR
- at least two years' human resource and/or management experience.
In addition to satisfying the entry requirements, candidates must be able to demonstrate their motivation and ability to work at postgraduate level. Students need to be well-prepared, self-disciplined and able to manage their time and workload effectively.
International students
All non-UK applicants must meet our English language requirements. For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall, with special conditions in all elements. Please make sure you read our full guidance about English language requirements, which includes details of other qualifications we'll consider.
Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements may be eligible to join our pre-sessional English language course.
Applicants from one of the recognised Majority English Speaking Countries (MESCs) do not need to meet these requirements.
