Kingston Business School, alongside Kingston Law School forms the Faculty of Business and Law. Both schools are internationally recognised as leading centres of postgraduate learning, providing a stimulating and supportive study environment.

Jelena has more than 15 years of experience in teaching management and leadership on MBA, Masters and executive programmes at Cranfield School of Management, University of Wolverhampton Business School and University of Belgrade. She has also supervised postgraduate student projects in Aston Business School and conducted research and consultancy for Organization Resources Counselors (ORC) Inc., Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Guardian and BT.
