  • You will spend a portion of your time in at least two of the universities within the programme:

    • Università degli Studi di Siena, Italy
  • The degree has been designed for graduate students interested in pursuing a career in the area of genocide prevention and to enhance professional qualifications of those already working in the field.
  • You undertake a placement in a human rights agency as part of the course, giving you valuable practical experience (read more in out Links with business and industry section).
  • Teaching staff are human rights practitioners or research-active, which keeps your learning cutting-edge (read more in the Who teaches this course? section).
  • The taught modules aim to prepare you for the job market. Alongside your academic studies, you gain skills in:
    • problem solving and organisation;
    • data collation, review and synopsis;
    • communication (oral, written and electronic);
    • time management;
    • computing; and
    • co-operation and teamwork
