"Choosing Kingston University for postgraduate studies was probably the best decision I've ever made because it helped in establishing my career plans and was the first step in achieving my dream to become a successful health organisation manager.

This unique course is delivered in a professional and a very friendly environment at Penrhyn Road and Kingston Hill. In both campuses I have met amazing people, who left a good impact on me – my fellow colleagues and the lecturers are ambitious, supportive, and simply great people.

I am very proud to say that I am a Kingston University postgraduate student, the course structure, the delivery of lectures and endless support from the lecturers, the friendly atmosphere and the great friends I've made during this year will definitely keep me going and help me work hard to achieve my professional dreams."

"Choosing to do an MSc course that is about to hit the labour market like Health Information Management was pretty wise but choosing Kingston University as the place to achieve this was much wiser from my experience. I was aware of the reputation Kingston University has built over the years but the flexibility of the course and the assistance offered by the lecturers was second to none.

"The structure of the course is very good. Each module was taught on a weekly basis and this gave me time off to do more study on my own. The choice of modules picked for the course made me a complete package as my knowledge was expanded in other important areas relevant in the modern day practices. My confident level has increased so high that I am very sure of what to do and what is expected of me in the work place.

"The course as an MSc course proved to be what I expected it to be, as it was challenging but due to the friendliness and willingness to help from the ever-so supportive lecturers I was able to enjoy doing the course. It is easy to know what you need to know but very difficult to find out how and where you need to go to get the know-how. My advice is that you grab Kingston University with both hands as your decision has been made simple for you. Think less and look no more..."

Course: Health Information Management MSc

"I believe that education plays an important tool which contributes to the success of an individual in his chosen career. I graduated from Dammam University with a bachelor degree in health information management and technology and was employed as a teacher assistant. This was my opportunity to pursue my masters degree. Finding the right course that fits my needs was not an easy task especially with a specialised field like health information management. After thorough research into health information management postgraduate courses; I found that most universities offer MSc in Health Informatics. As far as I know Kingston University is the only university in the UK that provide the HIM course as a masters level.

"My experience with Kingston University started when I joined the pre-sessional English course. This course allowed me to excel my academic skills preparing me for the postgraduate academic environment and requirements. Additionally the structure of the masters' programme is one week per module that gives students the opportunity to work on the modules coursework according to their schedule. I found it empowering, knowing that I have the one-week intensive lectures and group work in which to discuss information management issues in healthcare. The programme helped me to grow in confidence and improve skills of academic writing and critical thinking."
