Choose Kingston's Intensive Pre-masters Preparation: Art & Design

This 12-week course is designed to prepare students for MA study in art, design or architecture at Kingston University. It is ideal if you have a focus in one major subject area and wish to consolidate your application for a MA course at Kingston University.

What will you study?

The subject areas covered include fashion design, graphic communication, 3D design, fine art, architecture and landscape architecture.

Two routes are available:

  • 80% studio practice and 20% English as a foreign language
  • 100% studio practice, cultural and historical studies – for students whose first language is English, or who meet the standard entry requirements of IELTS 6.5.

On completion of the course (providing that you meet the academic and language targets), you will be able to progress to the relevant MA course of your choice at Kingston University.
