International Finance MSc: Entry requirements

We welcome applications from those who possess a good honours degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.

Those wishing to follow the pathway leading to GradICSA through the Corporate Governance MA must additionally satisfy the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) entrance requirements, as specified in their Access and Admissions Policy.

Candidates with non-standard qualifications are welcome to apply, in which case evidence of satisfactory knowledge of relevant foundation subjects through the possession of an appropriate qualification, training, or work experience will be required.

Holders of non-UK degrees will be subject to the University's normal entry procedures for equivalence of qualifications.

What next?

All eligible applicants will normally be invited to attend for selection assessment and interview, although alternative arrangements may be made in the case of international students for whom travel to the UK may present difficulties. An offer of a place on the programme will be made to those who demonstrate a clear motivation and potential for study at masters level in conjunction with satisfying the essential entry requirements.

All non-UK applicants must meet our English language requirements. For this course it is Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall, with special conditions in all elements. Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements may be eligible to join our pre-sessional English language course.

Applicants from one of the recognised Majority English Speaking Countries (MESCs) do not need to meet these requirements.
