International Human Resource Management MSc: Recognition and accreditation
CIPD Approved Centre
Kingston Business School is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Approved Centre. It was also a CIPD centre of excellence from 1986 until 2011, when the CIPD withdrew this form of recognition.
The accreditation has been awarded successively since 1985 in recognition of the quality of the Department of Leadership, HRM and Organisation's research, teaching, and professional activities. It is recognised internationally as a mark of quality and distinguishes Kingston as a leading research-led teaching institution in the field of HR management and development.
The CIPD have also approved a number of our HRM courses, meaning successful graduates will be offered membership of the CIPD.
Former CIPD Membership and Education Director, Judy Whittaker, says: "We are very impressed by the postgraduate research carried out at Kingston and the high quality of teaching. The HRM School* has excellent industry contacts and a strong commitment to the human resources profession."
