Pharmaceutical Science MSc: Attendance and timetables
When does teaching take place?
Students take eight taught modules in two semesters (four modules per semester). After completing eight taught modules, a research project is undertaken which is worth credits of four modules.
Semester A modules
Semester A modules currently run from Wednesday to Friday.
Semester B modules
Semester B modules currently run from Tuesday to Friday.
January start
Please be aware that the January intake for this full-time course has a duration of 21 months, from January until the October of the following year.
The course will run as follows:
- January–June: Semester B modules
- July–September: Course activities, with a brief summer break in the month of August (plus any reassessments of failed Semester B modules)
- September–January: Semester A modules
- February–May: Course activities
- June–October: Project module (subject to passing taught modules)
