  • This course provides a tailored set of knowledge and skills development opportunities designed to equip graduates with project management capabilities.
  • You will study established project management techniques and approaches that will improve your ability to work or lead creative projects.
  • Areas of study and practice include people management, communication management, process management and business case development.
  • You will critically analyse the challenges of creative projects and understand the differences and simialrities between projects carried out in the creative industries and those in the wider economy.
  • The course includes studying for the internationally recognised AgilePM qualification.
  • The course includes a module on freelancing as a creative practitioner which develops skills of pitching, work flow management and basic accounting.
  • You will practice your growing knowledge through a computer simulation and a live project.
