Landscape Interface Studio

The Landscape Interface Studio is a developing project-based learning environment. Postgraduate students work alongside experienced staff to build knowledge and disseminate outcomes. Read more in the Research areas section.

C-SCAIPE

The course is offered by the School of Surveying & Planning which is also home to C-SCAIPE (Centre for Sustainable Communities Achieved through Integrated Professional Education) which provides a distinctive study environment. C-SCAIPE also undertakes research which is dedicated to encouraging an ethos of responsibility and professional ethics and multidisciplinary education within the built environment.

C-SCAIPE was set up as one of 74 government-funded Centres for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL). It is the only one that combines sustainability and the built environment.

C-SCAIPE enables graduates from Kingston studying on professional courses to develop a deeper understanding of sustainability – vital for shaping the communities of the future.
