Working with practitioners
Key stakeholders representing agencies, service users and carers support the Social Work MSW/PgDip. This helps to ensure your studies are up-to-date and relevant to the current and future needs of the workplace. You will benefit from:
- the chance to shadow experienced social workers and make observation visits;
- plenty of opportunities to put your own skills into practice, thanks to three placements totalling 200 days over the two years of the MSW; and
- teaching from staff who are fully qualified in their area of expertise - many are also expert practitioners.
