Find out about this Specialist level module

The Consolidation Module is the first module at Specialist level in the new GSCC post qualifying framework for social work (find out more in the GSCC Post-Qualifying Framework section).  It replaces PQ1 in the old GSCC framework.

The module is offered twice a year, with start dates in September and February. It attracts 15 academic credits at level six (ie the same level of the final year of an honours degree).

Students must be qualified social workers who are currently registered, or in the process of registering with the GSCC, and will normally be in employment.
