Sport and Exercise Science MSc: After you graduate

Where this course will take you

At its heart the key aim of both course pathways is to prepare students with a thorough understanding of the knowledge and skills required for careers within the sport and exercise industry or who aspire to follow academic careers in research. During the programme, students will have gained a proficient knowledge of laboratory equipment and industry standard practices that will enhance employment and lifelong learning opportunities in this area.

The cohort will be continuously encouraged to continue to build on their key skill attributes learned from their previous education and experiences and focus on the importance of the following Kingston attributes; creative and original thinking, being inventive and experimental, finding original solutions to problems, influencing change, being more resilient and self-aware and able to consider their actions on a wider community, all of which will be addressed within their chosen pathway. Our postgraduates will enter the workforce at a more developed point in their career and posses greater knowledge and understanding of their discipline to influence change and development in health prescription or athletic performance.
