Accommodation
Most postgraduate students at Kingston University live in private accommodation. This gives you the flexibility to:
- live near your campus or elsewhere in the town;
- choose your own flatmates;
- find a property to suit your budget;
- pay your rent monthly; and
- choose your facilities (especially useful for couples or families).

Halls of residence for home/EU postgraduate students
Unfortunately home/EU postgraduate students are not eligible to apply for the majority of rooms in Kingston University's halls of residence.
The one exception is a limited supply of studio rooms in our iQ Wave hall of residence at £211.00 per week for a 50-week contract (£10,550 for the 2013/14 year). If you're a Home/EU postgraduate and interested in iQ Wave, please email accommodation@kingston.ac.uk.
You might also want to consider Malden Hall which is a privately run hall exclusively for postgraduate students.
