Applying for this course
The Graduate Teacher Training Registry (GTTR) handles applications for the Secondary Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) course. You must apply online at www.gttr.ac.uk.
Completing your application
GTTR allows four choices of institution for the Secondary PGCE. These are transmitted to your chosen institutions in strict rotation.
Please enter the details of institutions and courses clearly and correctly on your form, paying particular attention to GTTR codes. The GTTR code for Kingston University is King K84 and the course codes are:
- G1X1 1 year full-time Mathematics
- F1X1 1 year full-time Chemistry
- F3X1 1 year full-time Physics
- C1X1 1 year full-time Biology
- R1X1 1 year full-time French
- R2X1 1 year full-time German
- R4X1 1 year full-time Spanish
Application deadlines
There are no application deadlines for Secondary PGCE courses.

Interviews
Interviews are an important part of the selection process for teacher training courses. The University will make a decision following your interview and will inform you through the GTTR.
