Music courses at Kingston University are designed to provide a mixture of practical, theoretical and academic learning. Our Music Department teaches across a range of musical styles and encourages the exploration of a wide range of musical genres, taking a hands-on and creative approach. All our postgraduate music students can join any of the large University ensembles such as Vox vocal group, chamber choir, symphony and wind orchestras and big band, providing them with additional musical experience to add to their CV, giving them the edge in their chosen field.

New postgraduate loans

If you are starting a course from September 2016, you will be able to apply for a loan of up to £10,000 to study for a postgraduate masters degree.
