The module provides a detailed and systematic knowledge and understanding of the nature and forms of civil evidence. You explore the various techniques required for:

• the assessment of evidence; and
• the analysis and drafting needed to prepare and write arbitral awards.

The main focus of this module is on arbitration in the domestic context, but it also makes reference to international arbitration.
