Overview
Keith has been head of the university's Student Funding Service since March 2009, but has been at the university since July 2005, when he was appointed its first ever student money adviser. He has in-depth specialist knowledge of UK student funding issues, including grants, loans and bursaries.
The Student Funding Service employs experienced money advisers who help individuals with all student money matters, including claiming benefits and managing debt.
The service offers one-to-one confidential appointments to discuss budget plans and money worries as well as drop-in, email and phone information and advice services.

Conference Highlights
Keith regularly presents and runs workshops at NASMA (National Association of Student Money Advisers) conferences on areas including student support and technical aspects of the student support regulations. He also regularly makes presentations to sixth form advisers in London and the South East.
Key Industry Roles
Keith is currently heavily involved in a joint project between NASMA (National Association of Student Money Advisers) and the Student Loans Company to provide student finance training to those in the sector. It is part of the new Qualification and Credit Framework and will be one of the first qualifications in the country under the new framework.
