Overview

Dr Almog is a senior lecturer in international relations and politics. Her research covers the Arab-Israeli conflict and conflict resolution in the Middle East. A published author, she is a member of both the Middle Eastern Initiative for Research, Co-operation, Understanding and Mediation, and of the European and Social Research Institute. In addition her PhD examined Israeli-British diplomatic relations from 1955 up to the Iraqi revolution in July 1958 and its impact on the Middle East and Anglo-Israeli relationship. Dr Almog also has an interest in the Suez War and its regional impact, and the Palestinian refugee question.
