Activity outline

Session 1 (optional)

Our student ambassadors come into your school to introduce themselves and the idea of university. They will also provide your pupils with an understanding of what's in store for them during Session 2! This visit typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.

Session 2

Your pupils will spend a day on campus working in small groups and directly with our friendly and experienced student ambassadors and will have the opportunity to:

  • interview their student ambassador in order to find out more about university/student life;
  • complete a university-related word search to introduce them to new terminology;
  • take part in a campus tour challenge; and
  • creatively explore their future dreams.

The day will also involve a mini-graduation ceremony with each pupil receiving a certificate of participation and having their photograph taken wearing a gown and mortar board (photographs will only be shared with the respective school).
