Kathryn has worked in business development, account management and recruitment roles across a variety of industry sectors. A key focus in the faculty is the development of short courses and CPD for professionals, as well as tailored and bespoke training solutions and work-based learning opportunities for clients.

Working in the fields of strategy and entrepreneurship, Martha leads the Entrepreneurship Centre for WestFocus, a consortium of seven universities. Martha is a lecturer in strategy and entrepreneurship, having developed and run modules on the Kingston MBA, DMS, and Strategic Financial Management MA within Kingston Business School. Simon is a professional business angel, management consultant and non-executive director. He has a highly successful track record in business, having built up and then sold two significant businesses. His last business was the greeting card publisher, Card Connection.
Simon is a regular speaker and is very happy to help both students and staff, by either providing mentoring or giving straightforward commercial advice.
