Lenka has a background in sales and marketing. She has worked in senior management in many different industries including the public sector. Her current focus is tailored training solutions such as study days and workshops, healthcare consultancy and continuing professional development for new and existing partners. At present Lenka is promoting an innovative workshop, Beyond First Aid, which is an interesting new offering for private and public sector businesses.

The faculty has an excellent reputation for the quality of its programmes in aerospace manufacturing, mechanical and civil engineering. Services include material/product development and routine/specialist testing. There is expertise in concrete technology, sustainable construction, waste management, fire resistance, impact loading, hydraulics, and geo-environmental engineering. Charlene leads the team which has facilitated over 40 collaborative projects and secured more than £4.5 million in funding since 2003. She joined the Enterprise Exchange in 2001. She works closely with the art, design, architecture, arts and social sciences sectors.

Alison worked previously as WestFocus Talent project manager and prior to that in Kingston University's Careers Service. She was responsible for setting up and running a ground-breaking Career Management module in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. She manages Knowledge Transfer projects in the Business and Law, Engineering and Health and Social Care Sciences faculties.

Ingrid manages knowledge transfer partnerships between businesses and the university faculties which cover science, computing, information systems and mathematics. She has over 20 years experience in the public and commercial sector, employed in management and business development roles, mainly focusing on information management and technology. Employed by Kingston University since 2001, Ingrid worked at the Careers Service, prior to becoming a business adviser for the WestFocus consortium. She joined the knowledge transfer team in 2008 and has already set up two new knowledge transfer partnerships.

An entrepreneur and an academic, David has led a management buy-out and developed a portfolio of small enterprises. With responsibility for the development of entrepreneurship education amongst students and staff of all disciplines, he is chair of the Higher Education Entrepreneurship Group and a director of WestFocus, a consortium of seven universities. He is co-author of Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship and Marketing: a Brief Introduction.

Working in the fields of strategy and entrepreneurship, Martha leads the Entrepreneurship Centre for WestFocus, which provides entrepreneurial learning opportunities for students, staff, alumni, and entrepreneurs. Martha is a lecturer in strategy and entrepreneurship, having developed and run modules on the Kingston MBA, DMS, and MA Strategic Financial Management within Kingston Business School.
