This is a networking event for the latest developments in the PACS community. It will bring you help and advice from seasoned professionals within the industry. The speakers for the day will be discussing: the development of wide area reporting networks, reporting from home, and the technical requirements necessary for outsourcing and image sharing.
The day will review current developments in radiology systems management for PACS managers and related professionals, from a technical and business perspective.
After this training you will be able to evaluate technical requirements needed for the development of wide area reporting networks. You will also have a better understanding of the enabling systems required for flexible reporting such as outsourcing, and reporting from home.
The introduction to the day will be presented by Mr Simon Rickaby of the Kingston School of Radiography.

The introduction to the day will be presented by Mr Simon Rickaby. Simon is a senior lecturer in the School of Radiography teaching radiology informatics and undertaking research in user interaction studies with radiology.
