Paws b is a national course created by the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
This course designed to prepare teachers and practitioners to teach mindfulness to 7-11 year olds within early years and school settings in order to support children's well being and resilience.
The course will provide you with a range of tools to use with children including yoga and mindfulness practices and will look at bringing a mindful approach to their care and teaching.
It would fit in well with schools' health and well being programmes. It is excellent to develop concentration and relaxation techniques prior to exams and assessment for 11 year olds who are sitting SATS.
