Why do this course?

The APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) is the professional qualification for property surveyors. Getting chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) involves passing the APC. This course is part of a wide range of technical and professional courses offered by Kingston University to help candidates prepare for their final assessment. 

Course description

This course covers the use of development appraisal techniques are used in practice (including looking at aspects of planning); it also considers how the residual method of valuation works with an emphasis on the data inputs in a range of valuation scenarios.
