Many PVI and maintained settings have provision for free childcare for 2 year olds (FEET) funded toddlers. Supporting these toddlers' well being is vital if they are going to develop and learn successfully. This course looks at what well being is and reflects on practice and provision to support the development of well being within the early years setting.
The structure of the day will cover the context of well being, definitions and the different dimensions/aspects of well being.
You will be introduced to some of the following dimensions/aspects of wellbeing enabling delegate to discuss practice as well as looking at strategies to support toddlers' well being.
