Momentum classes: Spring 2010 (1 February – 26 March 2010)

We offer a wide range of aerobics, dance and wellbeing classes:

  • All aerobics classes are included in Fitness Centre membership.
  • Dance and wellbeing classes are not included in Fitness Centre membership.
  • View our membership and class prices. We are offering new reduced rates and a ‘pay as you go’ option for all classes. All classes are subject to change.

*Bollywood and Self Defense classes are privately run. However, they are still open to students and staff, at the same rate as all other classes on the Momentum Programme. Please make payments directly to instructor.
** The Pilates class at Kingston Hill starts at the earlier date of 6 January 2010.
***The Power Yoga class starts at the later date of 25 February and runs for five weeks (to continue after the Easter break).
