About

I am currently the Head of Department of Management, which is responsible for several masters courses in Global HRM, Occupational and Business Psychology, Logistics and Supply Chain management and Leadership and management in Health. The department is responsible for Business Management which is one of the largest undergraduate degree courses in the University, as well as a top up degree in Business Professional Practice. I have previously held the role of Director of Undergraduate Programmes, Business and Professional Readiness, Placements and Alumni, . I teach on both Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses. I am a chartered member of the CIPD and a fellow member of the CMI, and a Senior fellow of the HEA, and a certified management and business educator. I am still actively engaged with industry and engage in executive consultancy with companies in the area of Leadership and Organisational Development.

I have taught on programmes around the world but I have mostly taught in Moscow every year for approximately twenty years on the MBA and the MSc International Human Resource Management. 

Previously to becoming an academic I was a Learning and Development Manager, and won a national training award for an innovative development programme that was the first in the country and subsequently used in schools across the country.
