The Student Affairs Office is responsible for investigating complaints from students regarding the service they have received from the University and for dealing with issues of student misconduct.  More information on these procedures can be found in the following documents:

The Student Affairs Office also:

• responds to complaints or concerns that local residents may have regarding student behaviour; and
• provides guidance to students who require advice on other University procedures.
