Love Shakespeare? Then join us for this tour of Stratford and the Cotswolds. Begin your day at Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon to find out where Shakespeare went to school, how he survived the plague and why he put a curse on his own grave! The tour includes entry to Shakespeare's birthplace. After lunch, we journey through the Cotswolds, a region of beautiful limestone hills and picturesque villages. Stop at Bourton on the Water, the Venice of the Cotswolds where you can enjoy a traditional cream tea (at own expense).
What is included in the price?
This trip is offered in conjunction with Proscenium Tours. Price per person is £49, if booked before 31 May. Price per person £55 if booked after 1 June. Included in the price is:
- entrance to Shakespeare's birthplace and Ann Hathaway's Cottage;
- coach travel to and from Kingston University; and
- a Blue Badge Tourist Guide.
Lunch and afternoon tea are not included.
