Cannot access Outlook for Web:

If you are sure that your password is correct and cannot access OWA but can access the internet generally it is normally a symptom of a particular setting or corrupt Internet Explorer cache or a bad cookie. We have also seen problems with users who have AOL installed.

Please try the following:
Initially, try going to Tools > Options and clicking on the Advanced tab. Untick the "Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages" option. Click Apply / OK and restart IE.

IE Internet options window

If the above did not resolve the issue, in IE, open Tools and then Internet Options. You should be presented by the General tab. About halfway down, click on "Delete Cookies" (and then on OK). Once this has completed, click on "Delete Files". When the window opens, tick the box marked "Delete all offline content" and then click OK.

Please note that these actions may delete any saved settings for particular websites but will not affect your Favourites or Internet settings.

If this still does not solve your problem, download an alternative free browser such as Mozilla Firefox. Try accessing OWA using your new browser - please note that you will have to include "kuds\" before your username when logging on - e.g. "kuds\k0123456"
