Emails not Showing in OWA?

If emails are not showing (either existing or new emails):

Please try the following:

Unread messages toolbar

If you cannot see any items in the folders check that the "Messages" pull down menu at the top of the screen (as shown above) is not showing "Unread Messages" If so, change this to either "Messages" or "Two Line View"

If this does not work, please go to the "Rules" option and ensure that you have not created any Rules to move or delete messages.
