Please note that the Service Desk will NOT support your personal PC equipment, nor will we support your day-to-day use of the connection once it has been established. Any financial issues should be taken up with the Accommodation department at Cooper House. Please ensure you have read the terms and conditions that were sent to you with the application form, or check the linked pages at this site. Information Services strongly recommend that users in halls choose to equip themselves with a laptop model running either Windows 7, Vista or XP.
