Registering your device on our Network
You do not currently need to register your computer to connect to the internet.
We will be able to automatically identify your computer's details and identity centrally.
Simply connect your computer to the port in your room to access the internet.
(WARNING: Wireless or other home routers must NOT be connected! These will cause surrounding users to be disconnected!)
Over the 2010/11 academic year our new Campus Manager system will be introduced to halls residents to manage and protect network connections. Your Halls Manager will be notified in advance of this.
