Why can't I log in to things?

  • If you are in one of the LRCs, please go to the Help Desk and ask a member of staff

  • If you are not in an LRC, please select your Faculty below

  • Staff and students based at remote institutions should contact their designated proxy contact within their institution
  • If you are still having any difficulty logging a support call then click here.

Please note that support staff cannot change your password remotely. Passwords may only be changed in person on production of a valid ID card (or via an approved proxy in the case of external institutions). Password problems and basic queries can be resolved at any of our LRCs.
