Service Desk
The Service Desk supports central computers (and other hardware) and offers help and advice on the services, accounts, software and procedures supported by Information Services.
The Service Desk also provides first line support for library and LRC queries by email or phone.
Use this page to log a query or seek advice by phone (8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday) or email Servicedesk@kingston.ac.uk
First line support in person is provided by LRC staff on each campus.
Staff and students from the faculties of: Business and Law, FASS and SEC should initially contact their dedicated support desks.
