Are these machines better for the environment?
Your Papercut account will tell you how much printing you are doing and what environmental impact it is having.
How long do print jobs stay on the MFD?
Your print job will be held for you for three hours after which it will be deleted. If you still need to print this document you will have to select print at the workstation again.
What else can the new MFDs do?
All the devices can print, copy and scan. The larger machines can staple, sort and fold.
