General Advice about Web Folders (webdav) Download the zipped file (KU-folders.zip) to your computer and extract the icon inside to your desktop. Use this icon to access you Kingston network drives. Open and Save files via any application by simply browsing to your desktop and clicking on the new KU-Folders folder. Or simply drag and drop.
If using Windows Vista... Windows Vista is not yet fully compliant with this technology. To access folders this way using Vista you may first need to first update Vista with this Microsoft patch: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907306 Try without first! Only if you are having problems should you need to download the patch. Then download the zipped icon below and unzip to your desktop. To access folder you will need to Right-click and select Explore rather than double click. If using Windows 7 Windows 7 does not currently support WebDav. |
