The Hogsmill Action Group Kingston University staff and student volunteers work with the local Hogsmill Action Group to help clean and manage the Hogsmill River, which begins as a chalk spring in Ewell, Surrey, before making its way through Kingston to the River Thames. Plastic Bag Monsters

An interdisciplinary module from the Faculty of Art Design and Architecture inspired students to investigate the unnecessary use of plastic bags in the UK, which led to a public display of plastic bag monsters as part of Kingston’s Paint the Town Green festival. Click here the full story
