Biodiversity Action Group

The Kingston University Biodiversity Action Group need student and staff volunteers! We run many different biodiversity events that you can get involved in all year round, from ecological surveying to practical hands-on conservation projects.

Volunteering will not only benefit your environment, it will always look great on your CV and you get to meet likeminded friends!

If you are interested in making a difference to the environment of the University and the local area, you can join the Biodiversity Action Group through KUSU Volunteering – staff and students are all eligible to join. Contact Alex Britton: volunteering@kingston.ac.uk 020 8417 2709.

"Us humans have been destroying natural resources and habitats which will be lost forever. It is important that we conserve biodiversity for future generations. I volunteer with local conservation projects to help the environment and it's also great for me to get new skills and meet lots of new people!"

What Can You Do?
