Architecture BA(Hons): Recognition and accreditation

How we work with professional bodies

The course is validated by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and prescribed by the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Following its last validation visit, RIBA praised the quality and enthusiasm of our teaching team and our study facilities.

When you complete this degree, you automatically gain RIBA Part 1 exemption, which is the first step on the road to becoming a professional architect.

RIBA exists to advance architecture and promote excellence within the profession. ARB is the independent statutory regulator of all UK-registered architects.

For further information, visit the Royal Institute of British Architects website and Architects Registration Board website.
