- This course aims to develop competent managers for general business administration and management with the relevant knowledge, practice and critical thinking skills needed for a contemporary international context.
- It is ideal if you want to follow a broad but comprehensive business and management programme with an international focus so that you could obtain an all-rounded business education and yet keep your career options open.
- It provides a deep, integrated understanding of the main business functions within a contemporary, international context.
- You have the flexibility of switching between the three-year and the four-year versions of the course before starting your third year, depending mainly on whether or not you want to take a Year 4 (final year) work placement. In addition, all our business courses share a common first year so you can easily transfer to the second year of a different course if your interests change.
- If you choose to undertake the work placement, you follow the four-year version of the course, applying your knowledge and skills to a real business organisation.

- The Business Administration Management Report module on the four-year version of the course is delivered using mainly online materials and tutor support. This allows you to continue working after you complete your placement, should your placement employer (or another employer) offer you further employment.
- Option modules at Years 2 and 3 enable you to tailor your degree to your interests and career goals.
- You have the chance to gain a personal development planning award by building a portfolio during your studies. This improves your career prospects by showing employers that you have the skills needed for study and career management.
