The range of subjects taught covered by this course means that we use a variety of teaching formats. For example, a tutorial may involve:

  • researching a project;
  • giving a talk about something you have worked on; or
  • discussing a case study. 

Plus attendance days make sure you also receive your teacher's individual attention, can ask any questions and review your progress.

When you join the course, you are assigned a personal tutor who will give you help and support throughout your studies. In addition, every module has a leader you can turn to with any questions relating that topic.

Web-based support

StudySpace

StudySpace is a web-based learning management system that provides access to a host of information and material to assist with your studies. Its resources vary from module to module. For example, it might include:

  • subject guides;
  • lecture notes;
  • presentations; and
  • even sound and video clips.

Other useful features are online discussion forums (bulletin boards), a virtual classroom and a drop box (for online submission of coursework).
