This integrated masters degree is ideal if you want a course that combines industrial experience, professional training and the opportunity to gain enhanced research, analytical and critical thinking skills. The course achieves the aims of the BSc(Hons) degree but goes deeper into the strategic aspects of information systems and information management.

What will you study?

The main themes of the course are systems analysis and design, information technology and information systems environments. You can choose specialist option modules in subjects such as decision making in Year 2. Work experience forms the core of the third year, together with professional training and preparation for your final year project through a module in research methods. In the final year, you will focus on a major project and study both undergraduate and MSc-level modules in information systems and e-commerce.
