International Intensive Foundation: Art & Design: Course features

What this course offers you

Successful completion of this course guarantees you a place on one of Kingston University's BA degrees in art, design or architecture. It begins in June and runs for 12 weeks.
The student to staff ratio of 10:1 ensures an exceptionally high level of tutor engagement.
Teaching methods include studio work, one-to-one tutorials, lectures, seminars and practical skills workshops.
Assessment methods range from presentations and crits to portfolio reviews, essays and student-led projects.
You will have accommodation in Kingston University halls of residence during the 12-week foundation course and for the first year of the BA course (providing you meet our eligibility criteria and apply in good time).
