About this course
Why choose this course?
This degree enables you to develop a critical understanding of global political issues that affect societies across the world. You do not need to have studied politics and international relations before, and the course is not just for those who want a career in politics-related fields.
What will you study?

You can begin to focus on areas that particularly interest you and will be introduced to international relations theory. You can choose modules relating to area studies and also to particular global issues. You will also develop and widen your knowledge of the specialist areas of politics and international relations you have chosen, including issues of foreign policy and globalisation.
