Confirmation and enrolment
How do I confirm my place?
If you have an unconditional offer, we will confirm your place immediately via UCAS Track.
If you have a conditional offer, we will confirm your place via UCAS Track once you get the grades you need for your course. We'll then send you an email to direct you to online enrolment.
You will also be able to confirm your place at Kingston through OSIS (our online student information system). We will send you a password for this when you accept an offer.
If you don't get the grades you need, don't panic – we may be able to help you find a place on another course that suits your needs. Just give us a call to talk through the options.
What happens next?
After confirmation, you will need to enrol at the University. Most new students will start their studies in September. However, enrolment takes place throughout the year for some courses so you may start at a different time.
Whatever time of year you start, you need to understand how to confirm your place and enrol at the University. Check out our flowchart below so you know what to do. Once your place is confirmed, we’ll email you about enrolment. If you are going to be studying at a partner college, remember that you may also receive a letter or email from them.
