At Kingston University, our journalism publishing, English language and literature students benefit from a range of opportunities including exciting talks and readings by well-known authors and poets, the chance to study abroad and being able to learn another language for free.

Our students past and present regularly have their works published and include a BAFTA award-winning story writer and a Cosmopolitan magazine award-winning beauty blogger.

We have our own student-led newspaper called The River. You could source, write or edit stories, contact advertisers or design and produce the pages for this which would look great on your CV.

Joint honours

Our journalism, publishing, English language and literature courses can be studied alone (apart from French and Spanish) or combined with another subject so you can tailor your degree to your career aspirations.
