The Fashion course at Kingston University will allow you to experiment with fashion design and develop your own signature style. Working in dedicated fashion studios, you'll have the chance to try sketch work, 2D to 3D, knitwear and digital print. You'll learn about how design is influenced by culture and society in the past and present, and will have access to our working dress archive which includes pieces dating back as far as 1750.

Our graduates

Our students have worked as designers at internationally-recognised brands such as Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Dior, Givenchy, Mulberry, Topshop and Zara. Some have started their own successful labels, including Sophie Hulme and Joshua Kane.

Showcasing your work

Showcasing your work

At the end of your degree you'll get to exhibit your collections at a central London venue (most recently the Old Truman Brewery) to press and industry contacts from around the world. Many of our students have also shown their portfolios at Graduate Fashion Week.

Internships

Internships

You'll have the opportunity to add to your CV by participating in sponsored projects with fully paid summer internships at companies such as Urban Outfitters, Gap Inc, Tommy Hilfiger and H&M.
