What happens after I've applied?

If you’ve already applied to Kingston University, you probably have lots of questions about exactly how your finances will work once you get here. Check out our tips and advice for managing your money.

Please also read our guidance about how to pay your tuition fees or download the Money Matters guide (PDF) for full information. Please note that this information is for 2009/10 and there may be changes for the 2010/11 academic year.

Students studying for an equivalent or lower qualification (ELQ students)

Due to changes introduced by the Government on funding higher education, students who already possess a qualification at the same level but in a different subject will be charged a fee of £5,000*.  This does not apply to the following categories of students:

    • Students studying for a foundation degree
    • Students progressing from HND
    • Students studying architecture, landscape architecture, nursing and social work


    *this is the 2010/11 rate and may increase for future academic years
